The word Geobiology comes from the two words Geo — meaning (Earth) and Bio – meaning (Life). Geobiology is the study of the earth structure, and the influence it has on all life forms existing on the planet. Geobiology basically understands the impact of different forms of geo-energies on various aspects of life (physical, mental, emotional, intellectual and spiritual) above it. In simple words it is a clear relationship between terrestrial space (land or earth) and inner space (living being). Geobiology is a study of gases, vibrations, energies or radiations emitting from land and their impact on living organisms or life above it.The job of the agrobiologists is to detect harmful elements of land and its related energies, to rebalance the living space and to raise the level of positive vibrations, in order to allow the body to recharge itself. It has been scientifically demonstrated that a long stay in a disturbed location, has a definite effect on the electromagnetic functioning of our cells, devitalizes our organism and weakens our immunity system.
In ancient times, architecture was not only a creation of form to define a particular space, but was inherently a sacred form to take care of the subtle effects of the environment, both natural and built up on the human body. So our ancestors created forms that were in harmony with the creation that surround us, forms that live not in time but that have out grown time and live in eternity.
Today Geobiology dedicates itself to an investigation of the principles on which certain laws are based. The earth consists of several layers, the core, the mantle and the crust and is surrounded by the atmosphere. It is very important to study which material the earth is consisted of and the energies that are present in the same. Geologists have looked at the earth, divided by major rock types, by links to engineering, chemistry, physics and biology, by a focus on specific environment or resources, or by a focus on the static and dynamic properties of earth materials i.e. mineralogy, geomorphology and structural geology.
The influences generated by the earth are generally brought about by the earth’s magnetic field and local geological characteristics. Earth has positive and negative poles and is surrounded by its own magnetic field (geomagnetic field) at the rate 7.8 beats / second. The intensity of this field varies according to the location and the hour of the day.
The human being is like an antenna between the earth and the sky. The human body is submitted to a continuous exchange of energy between these two poles and the earth sky flow nourishes it energetically, for its survival. In nature this flow of energy is called cosmos telluric channel while this flow of energies in humans is referred to as global balance. Being a very hypersensitive and highly sophisticated antenna, the human body receives and transmits endless information all the time, though most of the time not being aware about it. This unconscious information is received through resonance and stocked in our cells, and influences the functioning of our bodies. When two bodies have similar wave lengths and frequencies, they have an instant communication through resonance no matter what the distance between the two of them is.
Earth is a living being with elements, similar to our body. It has 70% of water; it has meridians, veins, articulations and subtle bodies. That is why our body communicates so well with the Earth through resonance. The earth is threaded with energy lines or meridians of electromagnetic energy that have a powerful influence on living beings. Scientists have proven this invisible energy passes through all matter, affecting every living system on the planet, in either a negative or positive way. Man is an electromagnetic creature with every cell in the living system an electrical battery. The electrical system is reflected even more subtly as the human aura that is a photographable and measurable electrical field.
